  • Delivery Time: Varies by country, courier route, and customs clearance. Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties.

  • Final Cost: Your shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging & Handling

  • Every order is packed with protective materials to minimise damage during transit.

  • Larger or fragile items may require extra padding or reinforced packaging, which can affect volumetric weight.

  • Multiple items may be packed together or separately depending on size and safety considerations.

Self-Collection / Studio Pickup

You can choose to pick up your order at our studio:

To arrange pickup:

  1. Select Self-Collection at checkout.

  2. Email us to book an appointment so we can prepare your items in advance.

  • Some products may be stored off‑site, so booking ensures everything is ready when you arrive.

  • Walk‑ins are welcome, but self‑collection is only available for orders placed online with the Self Collection option selected.
